Your best commercial customer is a fast-food regional facility manager (5-30 stores per region), an HOA management company, or a gas-station / fleet operator on a monthly contract.

Why this is a good time to start: the big shingle manufacturers — GAF, Owens Corning, and CertainTeed — all prohibit pressure-washing roofs. They only approve soft-wash methods (KAM Roofing).
